We are pleased to announce that the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) Ltd will be held on Friday 28th of October 2022 at 12 pm.
The 2022 AGM will cover the REIQ’s annual highlights and business updates from our Chief Executive Officer, Antonia Mercorella and the REIQ Board of Directors. The 2022 AGM also provides the opportunity to recognise our new Board of Directors and celebrate our valued Life Members.
The meeting this year will be held in a hybrid manner - electronically and face to face. Please indicate at the time of registration if you will be attending virtually or in person.

Special Business
For the purposes of Section 136 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the REIQ requests the repeal of its existing constitution and replace it, with immediate effect upon the passing of the resolution, the company’s Constitution, which has been amended to enable the REIQ to:
(a) incorporate a subsidiary;
(b) or become a shareholder, member, partner, beneficiary or other participant in any other company, partnership, trust or other association or organisation; or
(c) engage an agent, nominee, custodian or similar; and
(d) enable Members to hold hybrid, face to face or virtual only meetings.
