Anton Babkov is CEO of Rexlabs - a team of entrepreneurs taking complex problems
and untangling them into simple, usable products for the real estate sector. He’s
known for applying fresh ideas to new and old problems. When he’s not busily jet
setting across time zones, you’ll find him doing typical CEO things: inhaling tech

Chris Ernst - Managing Director, Dentsu Aegis Network Queensland

Chris is responsible for growing the network’s brand across the state, including overseeing
the strategy and success of all dentsu’s media, performance and creative teams based in
Brisbane. With more than 15 years’ experience working in the media and marketing industry
across Australia and the UK, Chris has a diverse background spanning digital, performance
and communication strategy, tech consultancy, and end to end agency leadership. Clients
he has worked closely with include Bunnings, Target, KMART, Flight Centre, Cathay Pacific,
Coca-Cola Hyundai, Kia, and the Australian Federal Government.



 

 

Adam Downes - Chief Performance Officer Australia, Ray White Group

 

Adam’s immense contribution and impact across the Ray White Group in recent years
has resulted in his appointment to the specifically created national Head of Performance
Management role. Improving the way the group measures, recognises and assists the
performance of business owners and the businesses they lead is Adam’s primary
responsibility. In managing the sophisticated performance recognition system, Adam’s
focus is on creating more motivated leaders, the efficient use of internal resources to
improve office performance, and the measuring of overall improvements made by
the group.



 

Tara Christianson - Digital Strategist, REA Group

 

Tara is realestate.com.au's Digital Strategist with first-hand knowledge of the power
of the online world in real estate. A world-renowned speaker with a background in
real estate, Tara regularly presents at industry events on technology trends, online
content and digital strategies. She also works with individual businesses to ensure
they are utilising technology to their best advantage. Tara's passions lie in enhancing
the efficacy of online profiles, offering ways to create and continue relationships online,
and empowering real estate agents and agencies with the tools they need to succeed
in their businesses.


 

Sarah Butler - REIQ Head of Marketing & Content (Host)

 

As Head of Marketing and Content for the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ),
Sarah knows a thing or two about creating innovative and dynamic digital marketing
strategies to prioritise customer experience, deliver leads, and generate revenue. Her
experience before joining the REIQ saw her develop and implement a paid and organic
social media strategy for a brand that delivered an 800 percent return on investment.
A hands-on expert in implementing integrated marketing strategies, Sarah has also
developed and managed digital marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies
for top-tier brands including Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), RSL Art Union,
Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA), and Red Bull Australia.
