Property Manager Conference

Property Manager Conference
REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED

Property managers have faced hugely stressful and challenging situations over the last couple of years due to COVID-19 and, more recently, by the devastating floods that have affected parts of Queensland. The recent Voice of the Property Manager report found 60 percent of PMs found dealing with aggressive and abusive landlords and tenants as their biggest challenge. Fifty-three percent said they struggled with mental health.

The REIQ will stage its Property Manager Conference to educate property managers on how to navigate difficult situations and handle the challenges of property management.

The conference is designed to help you acquire better skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, de-escalating aggressive situations, learning coping mechanisms, protecting your mental health and establishing a better work/life balance along with updates on the tenancy reform and an RTA/QCAT overview.

The REIQ is here to offer its help. Register today for the Property Manager Conference.

Speakers

Dr. Adrian Medhurst,
Co-Founder of Benny Button

Recently the Property Manager community has experienced a high level of stress. It can feel inescapable. Our relationship with stress not only impacts our productivity, it impacts our lives. Many of us view stress as a major hindrance to wellbeing and performance in all areas of work and life.
But there is a catch!
Although stress can be very challenging, science shows us that it is not always negative or debilitating. Stress can be powerfully positive and we can stress better with practice - even mastering our experience of stress in ways that strengthen resilience and fuel growth.
In this keynote Benny Button co-founder Dr. Adrian Medhurst will unpack stress and provide you with some practical tips to practice new mindsets and navigate the complex challenges in your work and life.
