Stephen Koukoulas - Managing Director, Market Economics

Stephen Koukoulas is one of Australia's leading economic visionaries, past Chief Economist of Citibank and Senior Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister. Few economists have both the global and local experience of Stephen. He is an economic thought leader in his role with his business, Market Economics. Stephen is often driving the debate on housing, consumer spending, investment strategies, interest rates and budget policy.

Andrew Fraser

Andrew Fraser is a professional company director with a wide range of roles across the private, public and charitable sectors. Currently he serves on the boards of the construction firm BESIX Watpac Ltd and Australian Retirement Trust, the $240b fund which is the result of the merger of QSuper and Sunsuper, which Mr Fraser led as Chair of Sunsuper. He is the Chair of Orange Sky Australia, and serves on two other charities, Hear and Say and 3rd Space.  In addition he is a director on the Brisbane Broncos Ltd (ASX: BBL) and is the President of Chair of Motorsport Australia. A graduate of Griffith University, from which he received a University Medal, Mr Fraser now serves as Deputy Chancellor of the university’s governing body and will become Chancellor on 1 October, the first graduate of the university to hold the position. Mr Fraser has previously served as a director of the Australian Sports Commission, New Zealand Rugby League, the Rugby League World Cup 2017 and Moorebank Intermodal Company.  Prior to becoming a full time director, Mr Fraser served as Head of Strategy and Investment at the NRL where he led the media deals that underpin the commercials of the NRL. From 2007 to 2012, Mr Fraser was Treasurer of Queensland.  He held a range of other portfolios including State Development, Trade, Economic Development and Employment, Sport, Racing and Local Government and was Deputy Premier from 2011 to 2012.

Peter Morales, Product Marketing Manager, Spoke by REX

With multidisciplinary experience across retail and real estate, Peter has a vast experience in growing brands by better understanding markets and how to create product and customer experiences that put customers at the front. Having worked with global powerhouse brands such as New Balance, HP, Petronas and Canon - he’s defined new ways to  understand and connect with customers both in-store and online. From there he’s been traversing the proptech space, first as Head of Growth for Cubbi - a landlord managed property management platform, to then joining Console, helping property managers transform their businesses, to now sharing his expertise in the domain as a Product Marketing Manager for Spoke - the platform to list properties and build real estate brands online and on social media.
