Are a leader or manager or even just looking to up-skill? The REIQ’s two-and-a-half day Advanced Leadership Program on spectacular North Stradbroke Island will provide you with a holistic approach to becoming a more successful leader. Be one of a select group of 20 who will take a deep dive into what true leadership looks like and how it can make you more effective, help you improve your team's performance and ultimately grow your business and financial success.

Venue:  Oasis on Straddie
83 Dickson Way, Point Lookout
Parking Long term parking is available at the ferry terminal. Parking is also available onsite on the island.
Dress: Comfortable Cost: Members - $1650 ex accommodation and travel, Non-Members - $1950 ex accommodation and travel
Inclusions: Food and beverages are included in the registration cost.
Accommodation: Allure Stradbroke Resort is a short walk from Oasis on Straddie in Point Lookout. Please contact the resort directly to book your accommodation, mention REIQ for a 10% discount.
Getting There: North Stradbroke Island is easily accessible by SeaLink passenger or vehicle ferry, with regular services operating from Cleveland.

Day 3 - Thursday September 8 8.00am - Breakfast at Oasis Café All attendees to be packed and checked out of their rooms. Luggage will be stored at Oasis Café Make way to Community Hall 8.45am -  Authentic Performance conversations, beyond the ‘Bullshit’ to hold yourself and others to account.  Deep Authentic 4 way Feedback 10.30am - Morning Tea 10.45am - Are you Leading the Business or managing your busyness?                      - Making Plans to Lead your Life and Business (Holding ourselves skilfully to Account)
                    - Do you see the Bigger Picture? (problem solving Capstone activity)

Dr Neil Carrington
 - CEO, Carrington Consulting Group

Dr Carrington’s featured presentation in the business strand of the ‘World Conference on Thinking’ in Malaysia sold out. He was invited to work with the New Zealand Elite Coaching Academy and the coach of the All Blacks commented Neil’s leadership workshop was the best he had ever attended

Dr Carrington was the Australian Institute of Management Business Leader of the year in 2016 and a finalist in the Qld Philanthropist of the Year 2016, 2018 and 2019. He was the Harvard Club of Australia Fellow for 2013. In June 2018 he was one of only 22 Business Leaders selected from around the world to attend the London School of Business International Leaders Program in London. Neil was for 10 years the CEO of a national charity ‘ACT For Kids,’ an organisation dedicated to supporting abused and neglected children. He has presented at over 950 conferences throughout Australia, the UK, Middle East, USA, NZ and across Asia.
