Professor Gary Mortimer - Professor at the Queensland Institute of Technology: Gary is a Professor of Marketing and Consumer Behaviour at the QUT Business School. Prior to joining QUT, Professor Mortimer spent over 25 years working with some of Australia's largest general merchandise and food retailers.

Eliza Owen - Eliza is the Head of Research for Australia at CoreLogic. She has almost a decade of experience as a property market researcher, which has included roles as a research analyst at Residex and Onthehouse. 

Julie Saunders - Julie has over 25 years of experience as an urban planner and property specialist working in diverse roles around the country. Her passion for serving community is demonstrated in her breadth of experience across various levels of government, the not-for-profit and private sectors. She has a diverse range of experience in the planning and development pipeline through her roles in statutory and strategic planning and agency work. Julie also brings invaluable insights to the panel through her roles as the Chair of the Housing Supply Expert Panel, Chair of the Queensland Chapter of Learning Environments Australasia and Board Chair of BRIC Housing.
