Manager - Dispute Resolution and Support, Residential Tenancies Authority
Michaela Alletsee currently leads the RTA’s Dispute Resolution and Support teams within the Customer Experience division. She has extensive experience in leading teams across all operational areas of CX and is passionate about building on staff development, process improvements and a continued focus on customer-centricity within the organisation. Prior to joining the RTA in August 2016, Michaela was assisting in the operational management of a global hospitality chain. Michaela holds an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management and is currently completing her Chartered Manager accreditation.
