Stephen Watson
Senior Conciliator, RTA
With over 12 years’ experience at the RTA, Stephen Watson has worked in the RTA’s Dispute Resolution Team as a Senior Conciliator and Team Leader. Drawing on his knowledge from his time spent across the Customer Experience and Dispute Resolution teams, Stephen is passionate about the role he plays in helping conflicting parties navigate through the dispute resolution process to achieve positive outcomes. In addition, he is enjoying being able to share his learnings while in the Team Leader position. Stephen’s expertise is often called upon and utilised across the organisation for both customer and external facing resources, which provide useful information on tenancy related matters and how to navigate complex situations while interpreting legislation.
Marc Fidler
Senior Community Education Officer, RTA
Marc Fidler is a Senior Community Education Officer at the RTA who has extensive experience within numerous areas of the RTA. Over the last 19 years, Marc has worked in various leadership roles and has dedicated himself to improving the RTA’s processes and customer experience in the Contact Centre, Bond Management, Support and now the Outreach team. Marc brings expertise in Queensland tenancy law knowledge, communication, and continued enthusiasm to ensure interesting and effective education is delivered.
