• Tickets are non-refundable at the time of purchasing 
• Please ensure you are using an individual log in, not an agency log in 
• Prices are inclusive of GST
• All tables seat a maximum of 10 guests. Guest numbers greater than 10 will be allocated to adjoining tables
• We do not raise invoices for event bookings, payment is required at the time of booking. A tax invoice will be issued upon receipts of payment 
  

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

• Please note, physical tickets are not issued for this event. 
• If booking a table of ten (10) under a single booking name, please update your guests' details or email your full guest list to [email protected], no later than 5pm on Friday, 18th October 2024.
• If guests who would like to be seated together are not booked at the same time or are from multiple agencies, please email your full list of guests to be seated together to [email protected] by 5pm on Friday, 18th October 2024.
• No changes to  seating arrangements will be made after 5pm on Friday, 18th October 2024.
