The REIQ’s zone events are back in 2022 and we’re excited to be crisscrossing Queensland once again to reconnect with members and the real estate profession face to face.
Zone events provide a great opportunity to share vital information and forge closer relationships with the real estate sector across the regions.
REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella will be on hand to provide an overview of current industry issues and legislative changes that are impacting Queensland’s real estate landscape.
You’ll receive valuable tips about completing the REIQ Standard Contract to avoid settlement delays and prevent disputes. The session will also provide an overview of key terms in the Form 6 that relate to contracts plus an update on the latest changes to the standard contract.
Andrew Acton, CEO of Explore Property will provide guidance and strategies on how you can create success and thrive in any market, taking a deep dive into the functions of being an agent and covering primary topics such as lead generation, processing stock and easily preparing business plans.
This is your chance to hear from the experts and mingle with Queensland’s peak body in real estate.
