'Mastering the Art of Momentum'
We all love being on a roll, in the zone and firing on all cylinders - that flow-state sensation where everything just seems to work. But what happens when the groove becomes a rut, inspiration evaporates or your mojo disappears?
Enduring success and growth for any business today is dependent on building and maintaining unstoppable momentum.
You will leave this session with a clear action plan for achieving effortless growth and maintaining it over the long haul.

'Service with Attitude!'
Julie Cross is well known for spreading her sparkle (or spark, when it comes to the men in the audience), but she will also leave you with very real tips, tools and insights that you can apply to your career, business and personal lives. She is an award-winning speaker (and "non-award winning mother of two boys") with more than 17 years under her belt, empowering, educating, energising and entertaining people (and some of the world's biggest corporate brands) the country over.
In a high tech world, talking about service is more relevant than ever. Julie will help you reinvent all the service contacts within your business. If you improve 100 things by 1% then you've improved 100%. Your people are on your frontline, they are the ones inspiring people to business with you, so let's make sure they have the right attitude.

'FAME - What are you famous for?'
In the world of marketing and advertising, Penny Burke was a Director of Australia's largest advertising agency and has been recognised by her peers as a member of the all-time best advertising agency 'Dream Team'. In this role she helped create some of Australia's most iconic and best loved campaigns such as Pro Hart Stainmaster Carpet ('Meester Hart, what a mess!'), Yellow Pages ('Not Happy Jan') and the randy milkman ('Milk. Legendary Stuff'). More recently, Penny has helped organisations and brands find their FAME, steering businesses such as Specsavers to market leadership in Australia ('Shoulda gone to Specsavers') and helping Jeep find their FAME with the iconic 'I bought a Jeep' campaign.
In this session, Penny will help you work out what you and your business are famous for, that is compelling and relevant to your customers. She will explain the importance of building face and how to understand and build your competitive point of difference and what it takes to deliver day in and day out.

'Conflict Intelligence'
Scott is the Conflict Whisperer and the Fun Maker! He is the Founder and Company Director of Fighting Fair - the leading conflict resolution training and services consultancy. His knowledge and expertise is sought by leaders across all sectors. His mediation materials have even been used by the Harvard Law School.
In his session, Scott will give you the tools to avoid getting tangled up in a conflict web and avoid repeating the same old conflict patterns. He will teach you how to understand and transform conflict to avoid making the same mistakes. He will show you how to build healthy, dynamic and sustainable relationships, how to avoid the traps that fuel conflict, disconnect relationships and jeopardise our individual and organisational wellbeing.

'The StartUp of You' - Session proudly sponsored by Aon
Alongside his roles as host of Sunrise and President of Port Adelaide Football Club, David Koch is one of Australia's foremost business and finance commentators. A small business owner for over 30 years which includes his family business, Pinstripe Media, David has a passion for the sector and was a Director of the NSW Small Business Development Corporation for six years. He and wife Libby are also patrons of Youth Off The Streets, managed by the Koch Centre for Youth at Macquarie Fields.
David will show you how to adapt digitally and constantly re-energise your business. Kochie will touch on how you build and run a successful business, to look at mentors and your competitors for help and to always keep up with what is happening in our economy and current trends. His big lesson is how to ensure you keep learning and challenging yourself to get better for your customers and clients.

'100 Things'
Inspired by the death of a close friend, Sebastian Terry experienced a moment in his life where he asked himself a simple question: 'Am I happy?'. The answer was NO and so he created a list of 100 Things that he hoped would help him find happiness.
Ten years later, after dropping everything in his life to achieve the ultimate bucket list (#23 Deliver a Baby, #67 Live on a Deserted Island for 1 Week, #26 Help a Stranger, etc.), Sebastian's story has grown from an adventurous tale into a global philanthropic movement that engages a growing tribe of hundreds of thousands to set meaningful goals, achieve our biggest dreams and help others in need. Seb will offer you the perspective to help find your purpose, whether it be on a personal level, business level or within the greater community. He will give you the tools to navigate the complex world of goal setting, perspective, fulfilment, resilience and mindset.
What's on your list?
